Skin & Hair Consultation
Start or enhance your skin, hair, and nail care! We’ll review your health history, address your concerns, and evaluate your skin, scalp, and hair using advanced tools. Afterward, receive a tailored treatment plan by email with product recommendations, guidelines, and suggested treatments.
We Require all patients to undergo a consultation, either in person or online, before starting any medical treatment.
In-Person Consultation Fee: $150 CAD + Taxes.
This Fee will be converted into credits to be used at the Spa.
Michelle Alpino Bittencourt graduated in Medicine from the State University of Londrina (UEL – Brazil) and specialized in Dermatology at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Minas Gerais (CMMG – Brazil). She worked as a family physician for over 12 years, providing care to patients in emergency rooms, hospitals, and public health centers in Brazil.
Before moving to Vancouver, she had a successful dermatology clinic in Brazil, specializing in surgical, clinical, and cosmetic dermatology. After completing her master’s program in Vancouver, she worked at several dermatology clinics, including in Calgary.

- Questionnaire: You may be asked to fill out a questionnaire detailing your medical history, current medications, skin care routine, lifestyle habits, and any skin concerns (e.g., acne, hyperpigmentation, dryness, sensitivity).
- Discussion: The practitioner will discuss your skin goals and concerns, such as desired outcomes, any previous treatments, and any allergies or sensitivities.
- Skin Analysis:
Visual Examination: The professional will closely examine your skin to assess its texture, tone, moisture levels, and overall health. This may involve looking for specific issues such as:
Acne or breakouts
Fine lines and wrinkles
Sun damage or hyperpigmentation
Enlarged pores
Rosacea or redness. - Technology Use: Michelle will use tools like Trichoscopy (for hair) and Opatra (skin analysis device) to provide a more detailed examination of skin conditions.
- Note Your Concerns: Write down specific skin concerns or goals you want to address during the consultation.
- Be Honest: Provide accurate information about your medical history and skincare habits to ensure the best recommendations.
- For a comprehensive assessment, please bring photos of the following items:
- All products you use for skincare, hair, and nail care.
- Any medications or supplements you are taking.
- Please come without nail polish so I can perform an accurate nail evaluation.”
Following the consultation, we will develop a personalized treatment plan for your skin, hair, and nail care, completely tailored to your individual needs. Additionally, we will provide detailed quotes for the procedures recommended for your case.
The treatment plan will be sent by email.
We will schedule a follow-up consultation within 30 to 90 days, depending on each client. The follow-up will not be charged.
Yes! The consultation fee credit expires 90 days after the first visit.
