You can sign up for a Brisa Spa Membership by visiting our spa in person, on our website under ”Book Now”, or clicking on the links above!

Brisa Spa Memberships are monthly subscriptions, valid for 1 month from the date of enrollment. It automatically renews once a month.

Unfortunately, memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only. However, you can encourage your friends and family to sign up for their own memberships to enjoy the benefits.

Yes, you can start enjoying your membership benefits as soon as you sign up, including the exclusive discounts.

At Brisa Spa, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. We kindly ask that you notify us promptly in case you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with Advance Notice: We understand that plans may change, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To accommodate your needs, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

Late Cancellation Fee: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service price will be applied. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to respect the time of our staff and other clients who may have wished to book during that time.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the same late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service price will apply.

If you miss a treatment, don’t worry. Your membership benefits will continue to be available for the remainder of your monthly membership term. Unused treatments do not roll over to the next month.

To redeem your birthday gift, simply notify our staff when booking your appointment during your birthday month. Your gift will be offered during your visit.
* Please note that to redeem a birthday gift, you should be enrolled with a membership for at least 3 months *

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your Brisa Spa Membership. To ensure a seamless process, we operate under a cancellation policy similar to that of a gym membership.
To cancel your membership, we require a minimum of one full calendar month’s notice. This means that if you wish to cancel your membership for the following month, you need to notify us before the end of the current month.

  • Example: If you want to cancel your membership for September, we must receive your cancellation request by the last day of August.

  • Billing During Notice Period: Please note that you will be billed for one final month during the notice period, even if you choose not to use your membership benefits during that time.

  • Membership Expiry: After your one-month notice period, your membership benefits will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
